Baseline developers built Full Service Review, a review engine, to help clients accentuate their positive reviews and mitigate the negative ones. Full Service Review allows clients to send a survey to customers asking about their experience. Customers rate their experiences and those with negative responses are sent directly to the client so they can be handled, offline. Clients with positive reviews are asked to post their review on a review site including Google, Yelp and Facebook.
