Waiver of Liability & Indemnity

Client security opt-out, strong password waiver

All websites built, maintained, or hosted by Baseline Creative require either the completion of this waiver of liability, or at minimum for protection and security of user data, a strong or complex password. Strong passwords are important because they help prevent unauthorized access to personal information and accounts. The website owner (authorized person completing this form) is still responsible to abide by all laws and regulations around security and notification in case of a data breach including federal, state, and local regulations and GDPR.
